    I have to say, the Google dude Don Loeb emailed me the same day I posted this and while I haven’t tried the wordpress plugin feedsmith yet (again), I am going to give it a try once they have it over on code.google.com under an svn feed. He helped out on a related matter, and basically gave good customer support. Thanks Don!
