Ingredients
- 125 g graham / biscuit crumbs
- 500 g cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 60 g butter
- 5 TBSP sugar (3g for filling, 2g for topping)
- ? g strawberry compote
Procedure
- Use mixer or hand mix graham / biscuits of choice
- Melt 60 g butter and combine with graham / biscuits
- Press mixture into bottom of springform pan
- Cook at 120 c for 10 minutes
- Whip cream cheese, and then add 2 eggs, whipping together, and 3 g of sugar
- Add cream cheese mixture to top of graham crust
- Place in oven for 30 minutes at 150 c
- Reduce strawberry compote, adding 2 g of sugar
- Plaster reduced compote on top of cheesecake
- Bake in oven for another 30 minutes at 150 c
- Take out and let cool overnight in the fridge
