DNA Analysis
I started with FTDNA, and it is difficult working with them to do exports, or really anything that is beyond the basic interface. Also, their prices are high. YSeqDNA is cheaper, faster, better, but it requires already understanding which tests to take.

It is best to understand that using online sites with social aspects means that the data is vulnerable to hacking / scraping. The same is true for whatever is released on the web (though to a lesser extent). That said, communication with others and their content needs protection, to the extent possible. Using socialized online tools is a trap with subsuming one's data and privacy the end-goal of the platform and any third-party hackers.
