- 1 TBSP sugar
- 4 TBSP rice vinegar
- 4 TBSP white miso
- 4 TBSP canola oil
- splash lemon juice (if desired)
Procedure
- Whisk sugar, vinegar, and miso smooth
- slowly add oil, whisking all the while, for a nice emulsion
