Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 2 TBSP vinegar
- 1 egg
- 2 TBSP melted butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 170 g flour
- 1 TBSP sugar
Procedure
- Put vinegar in milk for 5 minutes
- Melt butter and beat into egg
- Whisk milk and egg mixtures
- Combine and mix dry ingredients
- Combine dry and wet ingredients
- Stiring until lumps are gone
- Use frying pan and butter to cook pancakes
