Tamagoyaki 玉子焼き

Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 TBSP water
  • 2 tsp canola oil

Procedure

  • Mix water, sugar, soy
  • Add eggs
  • Mix with chopsticks gently (to not add air)
  • Put some of the oil in square egg pan
  • Pour in 1/3 of mixture
  • Roll eggs as they cook
  • Add second layer under the rolled first layer
  • Roll eggs as they cook
  • Add third layer
  • Do same
  • Take out and cool for 5 minutes
  • Cut into 1/6th pieces
