Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 TBSP water
- 2 tsp canola oil
Procedure
- Mix water, sugar, soy
- Add eggs
- Mix with chopsticks gently (to not add air)
- Put some of the oil in square egg pan
- Pour in 1/3 of mixture
- Roll eggs as they cook
- Add second layer under the rolled first layer
- Roll eggs as they cook
- Add third layer
- Do same
- Take out and cool for 5 minutes
- Cut into 1/6th pieces
