- Lovely split pea soup, overnight oats, miso soup, miso dressing, chicken, pork, eggs, rice, bread from Nana bakery.
Work
- Huge problems with distribution at the moment. The printer I use is having severe communication issues. Hopefully this will sort itself out or it will mean I'll be changing providers.
Tech
- Trying out the new European DNS settings
86.54.11.13andnoads.joindns4.eu, which give protected DNS and ad-blocking. Actually this introduced a large amount of lag, so we've stopped with this experiment. - Discovered Nova Video Player which appears to be much better than Kodi at recognizing media, and is a great player. Working well with a huge percentage of my library of movies and tv shows (without having them in separate directory structures).
- In fact, changing the metadata for a given title is quite straightforward and can be done with a remote and at a 3 meter distance.
- Looking at Obtanium for updating Android apps.
- Trying out listenbrainz for scrobbling, from Symfonium on Android and Quod Libet. Actually the Listenbrainz app is pretty crap (though the actual database is cool), but Pano Scrobbler, an Android open source app, is awesome and can be installed from the Github release page using Obtainium. Thanks to Thej for the inspiration on discovery.

- My knee is still quite messed up but improving daily.
Reading
- The Apothecary Chronicles v2-v3, which is interestingly a teen detective apothecary set in an age of courtesans, consorts, and eunuchs. Not appropriate for pre-teens.
- I'm in Love with the Villainess v1-v2, interesting take on love in a world of political challenges. Not appropriate for pre-teens.

- Attack on Titan, season 1, mostly horror. Finally got a copy that can play without problems on the Google Chromecast.
