- Finished reading How to Feed the World by Smil. Excellent work. Wrote up a post on Food and supplements which summarizes some of the issues for our family eating and supplements. It was amazing to understand how much of the world suffers specifically from vitamin A, iron, zinc, and iodine deficiencies. Something few if any politicians actually talk or do anything about. Food waste was also discussed, though my specific culture does focus on not wasting food (thanks Mom!), and this carries through to raising my boys.
